My Services

I am well aware of how difficult and, to be honest, awkward it is to reach out to begin therapy. I hope to make this process as comfortable as possible by offering a free consultation for us to better get to know one another and to help you determine if working together feels like a good fit. See below the current services I offer. I am looking forward to hear from you.

Phone Consultation

The first step would be to schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation with me in order for us to determine if we are a good fit.

Individual Therapy

I offer 60-minute therapy appointments to help adults who are experiencing a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, psychedelic preparation and integration, grief, spiritual development, etc.

*I am currently scheduling both video teletherapy and in-person appointments.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT)

I provide preparation and integration support for clients who are receiving treatment from a medical provider. Please reach out through my contact page for us to discuss how I can be of support.

For more information about KAT or Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, please see here

Professional Consultation

I offer professional consultation to therapists and clinicians who are interested in receiving support with the following:

  • Starting a new private practice

    • Assistance with business licensing process, marketing, website and brand development, and administrative tasks

  • Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

  • Case Consultations

  • Mentorship

    • Psychodynamic and Psychedelic Assisted approaches

Notice Regarding Good Faith Estimates

If you’re uninsured or don’t plan to submit your claim to your health plan, health care providers and facilities must provide you with a “good faith estimate” of expected charges before you get an item or service. The good faith estimate isn’t a bill.

Providers and facilities must give you a good faith estimate if you ask for one, or when you schedule an item or service. It should include expected charges for the primary item or service you’re getting, and any other items or services provided as part of the same scheduled experience.

Providers and facilities must give you:

  • Your good faith estimate before an item or service is provided, within certain timeframes.

  • An itemized list with specific details and expected charges for items and services related to your care.

  • Your good faith estimate in writing (paper or electronic). Note: A provider or facility can discuss the information included in the estimate over the phone or in person if you ask.

  • Your estimate in a way that’s accessible to you.
